FACT #1   JUDGE BOUCHARD REMOVED from ALL CRIMINAL CASES Since Oct 2011
This means that for 3 years, Bouchard has not been assigned any criminal cases.
An Honorable position deserves Honesty.
The opponent's signs suggest that you
“Judge for Yourself”
We think that is a very good idea.

In order to do that, consider all the FACTS

FACT #2 - Bouchard has been removed from handling DWI Court.  On December 10, 2013 he was taken off ALL DWI Court proceedings.

FACT #3 – Bouchard has been DISQUALIFIED by the local attorneys more than ANY OTHER JEFFERSON COUNTY JUDGE

FACT #4  - Bouchard is handling 0% of the CRIMINAL cases that come thru the Associate Circuit Court compared to his counterparts who handle 50% each.

Now, ask the Questions:

1. Why is Bouchard misleading the public by campaigning on “Public Safety” when he knows his bosses do not allow him to hear criminal nor DWI cases?

2. Why do the local attorneys refuse to appear in front of Bouchard?

3. Since all Judges are paid the same, shouldn't they all be qualified to handle all types of cases and put in the same effort?

4. Is this how you want your tax dollars spent?  Is this really “serving” our citizens?

5. Is this the kind of judge we want to hold such an honorable office?

6. The presiding judges (his bosses) do not believe he is the right man for the job, do you?

Antonio “Tony” Manansala is the answer.  He is an honorable, ethical & hardworking man with experience in Criminal Law & Civil Law. He takes The Constitution, and his job upholding it, seriously. He is a respected member of the community, a long- time resident of Jefferson County & admired by his peers.

·         28 years of practice in both civil & criminal law.

·         Tony has been a public servant for over 21 of those years. He does his job because he believes in The Constitution

·         Tony has handled 1,000's of Court Appointed Criminal Cases. He is known as a top trial lawyer

·         His reputation in the legal field is impeccable. His ethics unquestionable.

·         Tony will work hard for the citizens of Jefferson County, a full days work for a full days pay.

So, on Tuesday, November 4th, you have a choice to make.  We suggest that you consider the facts, ask the questions & come up with the answer that makes sense for Jefferson County.  After all, when it comes to Judges, it's not about Red or Blue,
The Law is written in Black and White.
Please vote for Antonio "Tony" Manansala
